e 02 avril, à 12h45, j’ai eu le plaisir de participer à une activité organisée par le IPITPol (Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Policy Club of McGill Law) qui s’intitule «Surveillance and Privacy in the Post-Snowden era / La surveillance et la vie privée dans l’ère Post-Snowden».
Le panel fut constitué des personnes suivantes:
- Sukanya Pillay, General Counsel, Canadian Civil Liberties Association (via Skype)
- Vincent Gautrais, Chaire de l’Université de Montréal en droit de la sécurité et des affaires électroniques
- Allen Mendelsohn, Internet lawyer

Nearly a year ago, Edward Snowden’s revelations of the NSA’s surveillance of civilians shook the public sphere. On April 2nd, join the Canadian Civil Liberties Association at McGill Law and IPITPol to learn more about the United States’ and Canada’s surveillance of their citizens, and the implications for governance and constitutional rights.
